ABOUT RENÉ
I’m René Schwarzgruber. And if I’m honest, my understanding of women didn’t come from a noble place.
Growing up, I never felt good enough. I wasn’t the most attractive, the most confident, the most anything. And somewhere along the way I figured out that if I could truly understand what women wanted, how they thought, what they felt, what they needed, I could close that gap. It started from insecurity. But it gave me something rare: I learned to read people deeply.
Years of personal development work later, that skill is still there, but the motivation is completely different. I’ve been through relationships, painful breakups, and used those important moments in my life to reflect and learn from.
I’ve done the inner work. And I’m now in a relationship that feels like what I always wanted - safe, deep, and most importantly, really compatible.
That’s what I want for others.
For the past decade I’ve coached high-performing men through their relationships, the fears they don’t say out loud, the patterns that keep them stuck, the kind of woman they’re actually looking for. I know this world from the inside.
I’ve also spent years living in Eastern Europe, in relationships with Eastern European women. I understand both sides of this dynamic, the potential cultural gap, the misreads, the things that get lost in translation.
